Orders, Shipping & Logistics
How do I place an order?

Do you offer international shipping and warehousing?
Yes. We ship globally from our manufacturing base. For customers in the United States, we offer streamlined logistics through our own and partner warehouses, which can handle local storage, fulfillment, and direct shipping to your warehouse or Amazon FBA.
What is your blind drop-shipping service?
This service is designed for resellers. We can ship orders directly to your end customers with only your branding and packaging, completely omitting any AET identification. This ensures a seamless white-label experience for your brand.
Customization & Manufacturing Services
Do you offer product customization?
Absolutely. Customization is a cornerstone of our service. We can modify designs, materials, colors, camouflage patterns, and branding (embroidery, patches, printing) to meet your specific market needs and brand identity.
What is a typical Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

What is your standard production lead time?
Lead times depend on the order volume, customization, and current production schedule. For standard in-stock items, shipment is prompt. For new custom projects, a typical timeline ranges from 30 to 60 days after final design approval. We provide a detailed schedule for every project.
Can you provide products with specific material certifications?
Yes. We can source and manufacture products using materials with certifications such as OEKO-TEX® or bluesign® upon request. Discuss your specific compliance needs with our team for feasibility and costing.
Quality & Warranty
How do you ensure product quality?
We implement a multi-stage quality control process, from material inspection through in-line production checks to a final random inspection before shipment. Our QC team is dedicated to ensuring all products meet our durability and craftsmanship standards.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If an issue arises, please contact us at leon@aetgear.com with your order details and photos/videos of the defect. We will promptly arrange for a repair, replacement, or part substitution as appropriate.
