Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AET Tactical. This policy outlines the terms and process for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in new condition.
  • In the original, undamaged packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale," "Discontinued," or "Clearance."
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or altered.
  • Items returned after the 60-day window.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Within 60 days of delivery, email our support team at leon@aetgear.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and ship to the provided address. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse. The RMA number must be visible on the package.

3. Refunds

Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount for non-defective returns.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for identical items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at leon@aetgear.com with photos/videos of the issue and your order number to arrange a replacement.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

6. FAQ

Q: What if I miss the 60-day return window?

A: We are unable to process returns or refunds after 60 days from delivery. Please contact us with any concerns before the window closes.

Q: Can I return a sale item?

A: Only regularly priced items are eligible for returns. Final sale, clearance, or discontinued items are marked as such and cannot be returned.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect item).

Q: How long does a refund take to appear on my statement?

A: After we issue the refund, please allow 5-10 business days for it to be reflected by your financial institution.

Q: I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?

A: First, check the status with your bank/card issuer. If it has been more than 10 business days since our refund confirmation email, please contact us at leon@aetgear.com.
