Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

United States

  • Standard shipping (3–7 business days): $10.00 flat rate
  • Free shipping (3–7 business days): On orders of $59.99 or more

All domestic orders ship from our California warehouse. Tracking is included.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the items.

  • Europe: Shipping starts at $20.00. For larger or heavier items (such as gun cases, plate carriers, or bulk orders), additional shipping fees may apply. If this happens, we will contact you before processing your order.
  • Other regions: Rates vary. Accurate shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates (after dispatch):

  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Other international: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery to remote areas or delays in customs may extend these times.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in the shipping cost you pay at checkout. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs policies vary by country; please contact your local customs office for more information.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package via the carrier’s website.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly, so we are unable to modify an order after it has been placed.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item, and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please reach out to us with your order number.
